As the Co-Founder and Innovation Lead at Re Earth Industries Private Limited, Payal Kumawat brings her Computer Science Engineering background to the heart of the company’s operations. She combines technical expertise with strategic administration, driving efficiency and innovation across all functions.
Payal leads the integration of digital systems and automation for seamless plant management and oversees the company’s core technology infrastructure, including its website and internal platforms. Her focus on tech-enabled sustainability ensures that Re Earth operates with precision, transparency, and long-term scalability.

Co-Founder & Director
Rahul Bairagi is the Co-Founder of Re Earth Industries Private Limited and leads the company’s agri-supply chain, procurement, and on-ground operations. Coming from a strong agricultural background, he has deep roots in India’s rural economy and a hands-on understanding of crop-residue management.
He has built a robust network of local farmers and village-level suppliers, ensuring Re Earth maintains a steady and sustainable flow of raw materials for biomass fuel production. His expertise lies in agri-waste logistics, rural relationship management, and cost-efficient sourcing, which form the backbone of the company’s circular-economy model.
